Look Good, Feel Good
Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 8:20AM The Invictus Look Good, Feel Good has begun. Last night I took my before pictures, and did the workout. This will be repeated in 8 weeks. Im really looking forward to working hard and I am greatful to have a beautiful, supportive wife to help me through it. I created a iPhone wallpaper to keep me reminded throughout the 8 weeks.
The work out was a grinder, it was a alot of work even if it was for only 10 mins.
