6.5 Months of Crossfit

The Look Good Feel Good Chanllege is over, and here is a picture of my total progress. The pic on the left is from the start of crossfit in October. Also here are my numbers for the benchmark LGFG workout:

2 Minutes Max Reps Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Max Reps Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Max Reps Sit-ups
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Row for Calories
My Numbers:
46, 49, 21, 40, 38
On March 14 we re-tested...Here is how I did:
47, 61, 26, 53, 42
I feel good about my progress, and Im looking forward to getting better.
