Look Good, Feel Good

The Invictus Look Good, Feel Good has begun. Last night I took my before pictures, and did the workout. This will be repeated in 8 weeks. Im really looking forward to working hard and I am greatful to have a beautiful, supportive wife to help me through it. I created a iPhone wallpaper to keep me reminded throughout the 8 weeks. 

The work out was a grinder, it was a alot of work even if it was for only 10 mins. 

For Max Reps (or Calories):
2 Minutes Row for Calories
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Max Reps Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Max Reps Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Max Reps Sit-ups
Rest 2 minutes
2 Minutes Row for Calories

My Numbers:

46, 49, 21, 40, 38

 

Im looking to improve greatly in 8 weeks.
