<p>The Look Good Feel Good Chanllege is over, and here is a picture of my total progress. The pic on the left is from the start of crossfit in October. Also here are my numbers for the benchmark LGFG workout:&nbsp;</p>

Oh yeah, and the weekend before my awesome wife and I went to Disneyland. Im really looking forward to working hard and I am greatful to have a beautiful, supportive wife to help me through it. I was drawn to rowing because I knew it would help out my cardio and stamina, which will help my other workouts. What I didn't know was that it would work my mind and endurance and take me places I have never gone before. Im still learning and getting leaner which will help my results, but here are my current times.</p>
